Wrist pain is common and is something that can be bothersome during an exercise program. The great news is that there are plenty of modifications that you can make to lessen wrist compression during your pilates workout. In this quick video, I share some tips for releasing wrist extensor muscles, exercise modifications, and some tips for decompressing the joint.
