Improving balance is a very common concern and something I get asked about very frequently! This is a short exercise program that can be done at home with minimal equipment. It is beginner to intermediate level depending on how you choose to progress the exercises. The focus of this workout is to increase core strength: abdominals, adductors, glutes, and abductors.
You will need a looped resistance band AND a mini stability ball (or yoga block can replace the ball) for this workout.
