Homemade Banana Ice Cream

All you need is 5 simple ingredients and a blender! This recipe makes a full 2 cups of ice cream.

Ingredients:
(Serves 1)
1 scoop protein powder (I use Dymatize IsoWhey in Birthday Cake Flavor) **
2 very ripe frozen bananas (Remove peel and cut them into small pieces before freezing)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp (16g) Almond Butter (or nut butter of your choice)
Dash of Cinnamon
**You can adjust the amount of protein powder you use to fit your needs.
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender, blend, and serve right away.
